Standard Shipping

* Orders will ship out as soon as payment is verified.

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days after verification is completed.

Custom wig orders can take from 7-10 business days because these units are custom made per order. 

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it and send the tracking number. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please remember holidays are not considered business days. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day (Monday) We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact USPS directly in regards to your shipment's status.

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless you received the wrong product or missing any products..if so please email me within 24 hours at 2krf2luv@gmail.com, after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.

Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost.

Please note that colored hair (dyed or bleached) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.

Lace Closures & Frontals
We do not recommend bleaching the knots. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding. We are not responsible for lace balding due to bleaching. Please see a professional!!

Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website and PayPal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE.

To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, so they cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.
